I'm working on side projects — the kind you build after-hours hoping one of them turns into something. A lot of what gets written about solo founding is hype or vague lessons stripped of any numbers. I want to do the opposite.
What you'll find here
- What I'm building. The projects themselves, the decisions behind them, and what I'd do differently.
- Lessons learned. The non-obvious stuff — the footguns, the surprises, the things that only make sense in hindsight.
- Real numbers. Revenue, users, costs, churn, conversion — whatever I've actually measured. No theatre.
